What
is the hardware used at your dial-up locations?
Located
within a typical site is a Cisco router, a 100MB network
switch, and Livingston PM3's. We use a standard sizing model
for building a site. Each site will have a limit of (200)
modem ports for each full T1 bandwidth to the internet backbone.
As sites grow in size, we continue to add additional T1
circuits for internet backbone connectivity. This provides
a more redundant approach to expansion in that if one of
the T1 circuits failed, we would still have active service
through other T1s in the site.

How
does ISDN service work in the same site as an Analog account?
Because
all sites include digital phone circuits, all sites can
accept an analog or ISDN call on the same line. Authentication
for either type of call is the same.

When
and where will DSL be available?
Due
to the volatility of the DSL providers, we do not expect
to be able to offer this service. We are however currenly
examining alternate possiblilities and will post new information
on our website as it becomes available.

Can
I travel and still connect to one of your other locations?
Yes,
all accounts have uniform access to all existing and future
sites. There are no changes necessary to access any of the
sites, except of course, you must change your dial-in phone
number to access a different location. All ISDN 2b and Multi-Link
accounts have roaming access across the full network, however
cannot access numbers that are V.90 or V.34 only.
NOTE:
Accounts are assigned to specific networks, so be sure to
dial into access numbers that are on your account network.

If
I sign up with your service, do you provide access to Newsgroups?
Yes
we do. However, our setup instructions and technical support
is limited to configuration instructions for Microsoft Outlook
Express Newsreader . Once you have established your account,
please e-mail
us for more information.

Why
should I pay for it when others offer access for FREE?
1.
No obtrusive advertisements! Did you know that each time
an ad loads to your screen, your transfer rate is interrupted.
It can get very frustrating when you are trying to download
something.
2. We use the revenues to expand our services in order to
maintain a consistent connection transfer rate rather than
just pay for your service instead.
No Ads, Low Cost, Fast Speed, Always Reliable!
For spending less than a cup of coffee a day, It's worth
it!

I
noticed that some of your access locations
have the same phone number as another access provider. Why?
Many
ISP's resell service in some areas in addition to their
own equipment and lines, this allows for a greater amount
of coverage that can be provided to the customer thus allowing
us to service a much larger area.
